Over the past 1.5 years, DreamLand has been working on a thorough restructuring of its distribution network:
- Move from Genk to Bilzen
- Doubling of capacity in Bilzen
- Move from Lot to Bilzen
- Various optimizations and configuration changes
Today, all distribution activities have been successfully centralized in Bilzen, and the extensive operation continues to run stably.
At the same time, DreamLand experienced strong growth in market share, which had a significant impact on warehouse processes and operational organization. We are proud to have guided the DreamLand team during this transformation and to have contributed to a successful realization.
