Carrefour Belgium takes a new step in the digitization of its production activities. The company chose to implement Odoo Manufacturing at Éclair, Carrefour's own pastry producer. From the 17,000 m² production site in Ternat, bakery and pastry products are produced daily for Carrefour stores in Belgium and several other European countries.
With the implementation of Odoo, Éclair aims to gain greater control over its production processes. This includes improved management of production orders, raw materials, inventory, traceability, and real-time production monitoring. As a result, employees have access to accurate information, enabling more efficient and informed operations.
